Near Perfection August 19, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I've always had a problem with my eyelashes. The tips are very light which make them look short, and no where near thick enough. This mascara proved me wrong. I've been using it for about a year, and although it has it's pros and cons, the positives has definitely beaten out the negatives.
The Pros; separates, lengthens, and thickens. This brush is awesome, it's big with long bristles, and when you're done applying the end result will be beautiful fanned out lashes. It looks like I use falsies.
The Cons; it will smudge if you rub it. It can also run a little, but then again I do live in Miami and it's humid 365 days a year down here. I doubt the same problem will occur if you live in a drier city. Also I curl my eyelashes, and after application, my lashes seem to droop down a bit.
I love trying out new mascaras. I've bought a couple different ones after I originally got my Diorshow, and have always gone back to it. The pros outweigh the cons. I get compliments from strangers, both male and female. I think it's at the very least worth a shot!
Best Mascara Ever August 16, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is the greatest mascara ever! It makes your eyelashes look as thick and beautiful as false eyelashes.

The first few uses are probably the best. So, I assume the great reviews here were probably written before the product was half way through.
Below is my honest truth of my whole experience with this product.
1. Volumize? YES. Curl? NO. Lengthen? NO. 2. Smudge? NO. Clump? NO in the beginning and YES after a while (after half-way through).
I am not too crazy about this mascara, although it makes the lashes look very thick and volumized. For some reason, the structure and the consistency in the content change over time, so it is NOT as good as it is in the beginning.
I didn't get to finish the whole tube simply because it became way too thick inside the tube: When I pulled the brush out, it was thickly covered with the black ink and the entire brush thus turned into a black-colored lollipop.
I use Lancome's masacara and I like it.
Fabulous! August 8, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I've tried so many mascaras that I've lost count, but I've fallen in love with this one. Diorshow mascara lengthens, volumizes and does not clump at all. I've also noticed that it doesn't smudge or flake. If you like the "doll baby/false eyelashes" look then you'll be very pleased with this. My search for the best mascara is over!
What were they thinking? August 8, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
to put Dior's name on this clumpy mess in a tube? I gave it several chances, but it never performed well enough to be worn outside the house. It is possible (it just occurred to me) that my tube is defective, as may be those of others' who are also giving it a black-streaked thumbs down. Because so many reviewing it here are thrilled with this product, and as many are disgusted with it, maybe there is indeed something wrong with the applicator tube. I did notice that WAY too much black goo comes out on the brush, as if the little piece in the tube that prevents this from happening had fallen out. I never checked, but after seeing this odd mix of love it/hate it I am going to check it again. Who can afford to throw money at Dior, after all, when we all secretly know that certain drug store brands are really superior (smiling)...but some of us can't resist the designer products (overexposure to advertising makes us weak and subject to attacks of affluenza). Ah, Vanity, thy name is Vivia...
Boy, a video review here could really show you the Tammy Faye Bakker effect I get with my Dior mascara. I think I'll pass though. Just think Heath Ledger's look in Batman.
