I use this water bottle at my desk at work, and have been very pleased. I have purposefully left water in it over the weekend, to see if there was a "taste" to it when I return on Monday mornings. Nothing but pure water.
The bottle itself is "bullet-proof" and I feel much better about not throwing away countless plastic water bottles. I've already recycled my last plastic water bottle, and will use this one for quite possibly the rest of my life. I am considering purchasing more, just to have them in the car, home, etc.
I imagine this would be a great gift for any "green" minded friends and family as well.

Exactly as described, I love that it's just stainless steel... no ceramic lining (like Sigg bottles) or BPA. The poly-flat cap makes a tight seal.
Only downside is that it doesn't keep liquid cool, which is too be expected since it's single-wall construction.
Water Bottle October 19, 2008
Purchased two of these items, a his and hers, and are very happy with our choice. These are perfect replacements for those store bought bottles of water. Wish they came with a cloth covering since the metal container is very cold when first filled with refrigerated water.
Good Product, High Price October 18, 2008
This is a great product, I use it everyday. Not able to find anything similar made out of Steel or Aluminum for cheaper I finally broke down and bought it. While its cheaper on Amazon, than in retail stores, it still seems very expensive for what it is.
