This is a great product. My son is in very good shape and adding this to his workout really kicked it up a few notches.

This is a very useful workout tool that is easy to use to accomplish the often difficult pushup exercise.

When I ordered the Perfect Pushup, I also decided to order these "Power 10 Workout Cards". What a big disappointment.
Some of the included workouts include:
"Regular Pushup, Super Slow": This is a regular pushup, done very slowly. Hmm, I could have figured this out myself.
"Super Slow - Wide": This is a regular pushup, with arms extended wider than normal, done very slowly.
"Super Slow - Close": This is a regular pushup, with arms closer than normal, done very slowly.
Need I go on? For the most part, just do the workouts that come with the Perfect Pushup, however vary the arm width and vary the speed of each exercise. You don't need this set of extra cards to figure it out!
In summary, the Perfect Pushup is definitely worthwhile. But I do NOT recommend these "Power 10 Workout Cards. They are not worth any additional price (they should be included with the Perfect Pushup, for free).
