Customer Reviews:
Not bad at all February 14, 2008 A good little tool. I, of course, had 1 watch band that was to big and annoyed that a watch store wanted to charge me $15 to remove a couple links. This worked great! I don't know about durability, I just got it.
Exactly what I needed! February 13, 2008 Best price on the highest rated tool (on Amazon) that I could find to resize my Invicta watch. Was delivered on time, in new condition, with the two extra pins as advertised.
Simplay lay your watch band across the tool, line up the pin, and twist to remove the link pin from your band. As noted in other reviews, check your watch carefully for directional arrows indicating which direction to push the link pins out. Failure to do so will result in damage to your watch, the tool, or both. If used correctly, this tool is wonderful!
Excellent valuer for the money January 18, 2008 Okay, it is a simple tool. It is not of the highest quality.
However, using it ONCE - I saved adjustment fees that more than offeset purchase price and shipping.
It did NOT break, I will use it again in the future with no additional cost.
I am pleased!
HEAVY DUTY WATCH BAND TOOL LINK PIN REMOVER January 5, 2008 Arrived on time. Immediately used it to adjust a new watch band. Everything worked great. Very happy.
cheap but effective December 13, 2007 Some of my watches were too thick to fit, so I had to remove the base platform and hold the watch still to use the pin remover. In spite of the awkwardness, it worked eventually on every watch I had. The little pusher pin is a bit bent after doing 5 watches. Just make sure you're pushing the pin in the correct direction and that you're lined up and this tool will work.
