Do not buy this product! As soon as i got this I plugged it into my laptop and of course it didn't work. After about 15 minutes of trying to figure out what the problem was, the switch on the side to turn on the fans had to be in the perfect position for the fans to actually turn on. If the switch was off by a micrometer, it wouldn't turn on. I figured this wasn't a big deal, atleast it worked. But that's not all. The fans on this thing are WORTHLESS. They move no air at all, completely pointless. Once again I figured it was better than nothing. Two hours later, I flipped the switch to turn it off and the switch completely broke off.
This thing was so cheaply made it was faulty the second I took it out of its box. Not only that but it broke literally two hours into using it.
DO NOT WANT!

The cooler send to me was broken. One fan not work, one corner broken. Cheap shipping package.
Doesn't work well, its noisy and drains the battery July 30, 2008
I've had this item for over a year and this chill pad is a misnomer as it doesn't chill or cool my laptop at all. Its very noisy and loud and needs to be unplugged or it drains the battery. The four hubs are nice however.

No it breaks too fast, The fan blades hit the housing so the blades break off one by one, where's the quality?

Works best on 15 inch laptops. Works best when used UPSIDE DOWN! wierd huh? but true. i dont use the USB ports, but i just used it for my mouse, works pretty good. very light, very portable. I DO NO recomend people buying this product for wider laptops.
