Greatest little speakers we've ever owned :) October 25, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
These are amazing speakers. The sound quality is way above any other speakers we have owned - especially to be USB powered. The case is also a nice addition. It wouldn't break my heart if the speakers stuck together (end to end)a little more firmly, but that is not even worth mentioning. Thanks Phillips and Amazon :)
Convience--Powerful--Value April 11, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I was pleasantly surprised to finally find a pair of low-priced computer speakers that travel well and have the kind of power to fill a fairly large room with sound for my Powerpoint presentations. The UBS connection makes for easy installation and the carrying case keeps it compact and safe in my luggage.
Pretty Good Speakers March 15, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Bought an expensive Toshiba laptop with MM bells and whistles, but the speakers stink. I'm not talking about sound quality; the volume is so low you have strain to hear it. Everything else worked fine, and I never returned it. Started looking for USB speakers and these had a positive review. Good quality and volume (for 1 watt), and USB eliminates the walwart hassle. I saw these at Fry's but they didn't seem to have the carrying case in the box. They are a must, to keep the speakers together in neat fashion. If you have pretty good speakers in your laptop (an associate at work has one that sounds good) you may not get more out of these. But for chintzy speakers or low volume devices, this will do the trick.
