After ordering my product it took 5 days before my order was filled. Just as the seller had listed. IT only took 3 days from the time the order was filled to reach my front door here in the States from Hong Kong. The order wasn't totally correct because of an upgrade from what I originally ordered. This in-dash DVD player came with an awesome, easy to read color wiring diagram, so without reading an instruction manual you could just look at the picture and hook the thing up.It has detail wiring pictures about connecting it to external monitors,amplifiers, rear camera,antenna, and a 5.1 surround system. The instruction book was only in some laungue I can't read, I think it was Russian, so it was totally useless to me as I don't read or speak the Russian Language. I did have a look at the book to see the code for connecting my blue tooth phone. I have a blackberry 8700C phone. The bluetooth code is 0000. I can receive calls though the unit but for some reason I am only able to dial using my phone and not the DVD player but then the bluetooth kicks in after I dial, WTF. I will see if customer service can help me with that little issue. I tested the DVD player it was flawless, the AUX input source sounded great also. The remote is a little big but it is full featured. You probably wont be able to integrate it onto your steering wheel because of the sive though. Dual makes a navigation unit (XNAV9525) that I plan on installing with this unit to add Navigation to it. Overall I would give this product 4 out of 5 stars. I would give it five but the instruction manual is not in English and the Bluetooth is not storing my phonebook or allowing me to make calls from the LCD screen. This product exceeds expectations. It has much more features than advertised. In fact, the photos shown on site does not do justice to the product.The technology is excellent, especially the Bluetooth connection. Picture quality of screen is excellent, DVDs show perfectly.
Customer service was also excellent. We initially ordered the model without the Bluetooth but was upgraded to the this one because it was unavailable at the time. Seller was very accomodating and courteous.
I have no problems recommending anyone to purchase from Golden Harvest and will definitely buy from this seller again.
