I have used this book as part of my Ph.D.. It is not difficult, but has a lot of quality information in it. Timmons knows what he is talking about. Good book for anyone at any level.

Are you ready to jump into entrepreneurship for the first time? Need a comprehensive book that covers "everything" about entrepreneurship? Then, this is THE book written by THE master of entrepreneurship. Don't hesitate about the price. Get it!
Worth The Money... November 4, 2007
By no means light bedtime reading! The book in my opinion does not fall short of what it promises to deliver. It is well wriiten and easy to follow, there are numerous exercises and examples allowing the reading the opportunity to really get to grasp with the subject matter.
I had purchased the book as a a reading materil for my MBA studies. It is one that I will definately refer to again and again.

The UTSI New Venture Formation course uses this as the main text. The book is chock full of information.
The idea of the Online Learning center is a great one, but there could be a lot more resources added. Currently, you are allowed to read the chapter summary & see typical questions for each chapter online. There are also several links to articles relating to the topic. The links are fairly old, however.
