You'll settle for repetitive sound-byte sources that won't give a balanced picture, or else you're going to face a huge lot of PC mousing and surfing each day as events unfold. You couldn't easily do all that on your Kindle -- but now you actually can.
McCain conventions and election progress on key websites in one or two Kindle clicks? Yes! I figured out a good way to do it, researched the sites, set it all up, and here it is for you, on a Kindle platter.
No using browser launching menus. Just open this HOMEPAGE document; Click on a neatly labeled source, its website opens automatically with no fuss --and you're reading!
This isn't a static eBook you read once, not a blog with yesterday's comments. It's a portal that jumps right to current minute news on the most important sites. All you need is your Whispernet switch turned on.
Yes, this focuses on GOP, (there's an Obama one too) but unlike almost every other source, it's balanced news scanning -- you can see what is being written by all sides --the Christian right, the extreme left, all the major analysts in between - including Matt Drudge, O'Reilly, Anderson Cooper, and all the places you really ought to be able to check out.
Even if you're not decided, or firmly plan to vote for the other side, this is a fascinating easy way to survey thought processes going on among all candidates and constituents. You won't get as many places in here to view the Democratic side, but you do get key ones, including CNN, aggregate poll results, and all candidates positions on issues.
