Product Description
Everyone's in love with vampires, and if his name happens to be Edward Cullen, then readers of the wildly popular Twilight series by Stephenie Meyer can't help but be crazy about him. For all those who adore Bella Swan, Edward, and the rest of the Cullen family and can't get enough, this companion guide is a must-read and a terrific gift. The series follows an unlikely couple: Bella, a teenager, and her boyfriend Edward, a vampire that has sworn off human blood. But their love is ill-fated--being a vampire, Edward must keep his passion in check, lest he is driven to suck Bella's blood. With legends, lore, and myths about everything from vampires to werewolves to immortality, a bio of the author, and a ton of insight into the four-book series, this companion guide will give millions of readers the information that they've been waiting for since book one.

Did she read the books? December 1, 2008 This book is so far out there. I had a hard time believing, in several areas of her book, whether she had even read the Twilight Series.
It's like Teen Beat, ga ga over Edward, tween sillyness..written by your MOM! November 26, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I will admit, I'm not 13. But if I was, I would really enjoy taking the silly "tests" in this book to see if Edward is my dream boy! This book obsesses over Edward almost as much as Bella does! But seeing this was written by someone who clearly has not been a teenager in quite a long while, it's just wierd.
If your 40+ year old mom wrote a book about how drop dead gorgeous Edward is, this would be it. And you'd be just as creaped out.
Worth a thumb through at the store, but not worth taking home unless it's in the $1 bin. Just a half-butted attempt to cash in on the Twilight craze. Not much else here. Even the Vampire "facts" are mostly just rehashed info about Bram Stokers Dracula.
ugh
Horrible November 26, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
in summary, this was a waste of my money. it was completrel;y inaccurate and anyone who knows anything about the twilight series, would not like it at all. this "guide" has many inaccurate "facts" about these books, so DON'T BUY IT!!! no wonder stephenie meyer didn't approve of it. =( P.S. if i could give it a 0 star rating, i would

The Non-Twilight Companion November 24, 2008 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
This book was a waste of my money. I am a huge fan of Twilight. No wonder Stephenie Meyers didn't approve this book. All it has is quiz's that do not relate to the books, or movie. Also as other reviews for this book warned, Edward bites Bella. Not even close. All I can say, is that I wasted $$ on this book.

I really do not think anyone should waste their time with this book. It really has too much extra stuff about other vampire movies that Twilight lovers do not give a hoot about.
