Product Description With this book as their guide, readers will learn the skills and attributes they'll need in order to become more effective employees in the workplace. Whether it's turning into a stronger communicator, team member, or problem-solver, the Tenth Edition shows them how. They'll also gain a better understanding of the four major dimensions of organizational behavior: leading, communicating, decision making/problem-solving, and team building.

Full Of Them Selves November 27, 2008 Of course the concept are always interesting but these guys thing that using big words and using them poorly makes them seem smarter
"effective leaders will, over time, demonstrate effectiveness by being effective" And much, much more fascinating writing.
I would highly recommend finding another book

Purchased the book for my daughters MBA class. She said it was required reading for the coarse. I assume if the professor requires this book for the coarse then it must be better than most books of this subject matter.
