Great for feet, elbows and knees! It's heavier than lotion because it's a cream but it's not greasy - just moisture. It lasts a long time and it doesn't get watery over time like other creams/lotions. I also like the Moisture Therapy Intensive hand and body lotion. It's not scented so it's good for males and females. This product is of good quality, priced well and frequently on sale which makes it easier to give it a try.
