 No problems January 7, 2009
I received the item in a timely manner, in good condition, and as advertised. The shaver gives me a close, clean shave and does so remarkably quickly. I am a happy camper.
 Not as good as earlier models January 7, 2009
This product shipped promptly and seemed to be in good condition. However it seems to run much slower than previous models I have used.I charged it for 10 hours before using. I have used Norelco shavers since 1960, and expected this one to be as good. It cuts nicely with no pulling, but just seems to run too slowly.

my husband really likes this razor. he had a philips razor before for many years, so we knew the brand would be reliable. it's comfortable and gets a close shave.
Very pleased! December 31, 2008
Big improvement over the last electric razor that my husband's been using for 15 years, once or twice a week. He's always prefered a razor and shaving cream but I think he might give that up, he's so impressed with this one. It's so quiet!
