The entire wetsuit is made of "hyperstretch" and "freemax" neoprene which is lightweight and will not restrict your movement. Lasts A Long Time & Fits (Like A Glove) May 20, 2008

I do not own this particular model of Body Glove, but I have had a Body Glove wetsuit for nearly seven years and over 165 dives now, and it is still like new. The 4/3mm thickness is perfect for warm water diving and I have never been cold. I also highly recommend going with a long wetsuit and not a `shorty'. I've seen too many people get banged up on coral or rocks because of no protection - not to mention fire coral. Of course, you should never be within a close distance of any coral to begin with. Body Glove is made of neoprene, which is a great material to resist wear, salt water and UV light. Because it stretches, those periods where I've gained or lost twenty pounds made no difference. As long as you rinse your wet suit at the end of the day and store it in a dry cool place, you'll get years of use out of it.
