The .177 Predator Pellet is decent overall, with fairly uniform casting (in the batch I recieved...)

I tried some long-range shooting using a well-worn Beeman R-1. With the scope adjusted a long ways up, I think I was shooting around a hundred yards, into a pond so I could see where the shots were going.

8 out of 10 shots were landing inside of a two foot circle, I suspect the flyers were my fault. So for hunting (I usually hunt at 30 yards with the air-rifle) these pellets have good accuracy.

But, there is a problem when using these pellets to take down squirrels. They do not expand! The plastic insert seems to work a little too well. I think this pellet would be better used to get through the wing of a crow!
