| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description #3245. A favorite for field target shooters. As one of the world's heaviest pellets the Kodiak has a tremendous amount of inertia that delivers super impact on those hard to knock down targets. The great weight also provides good wind resistance and is more efficient in the higher powered airguns and the pre-charged pneumatics such as the Beeman Mako air rifle. The head is very conical in shape, like a rounded point, providing outstanding aerodynamics. Deviation: 0.8%, Caliber: 0.178, Skirt length: 0.187, Overall length: 0.270

Beeman Kodiak Extra Heavy - A favorite for field target shooters..!!! April 3, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Accuracy!!! These pellets deserves all the positive comments. They are very accurate in my Gamo Whisper. Great penetration, good consistancy in shape and weight. The extra weight also results in good wind resistance and considerably greater impact. I could probably put 5 shots in a single hole with these pellets at 20 yards if the gun was in some kind of vise. I like the fact the top of the tin can doesn't screw on. Its easier to open with one hand. Then again, if I dropped the can they would probably go everywhere. I wish these pellets would go farther. Being heavy pellets they are only really useable to so far. Heavy pellets like these may not work well in some spring guns, but try them anyway. They usually work well in PCPs, multi-pumps and CO2 rifles. Grat hunting pellets!
