Great for Your Senior Cat with Constipation October 6, 2008 Not that this is the nicest subject... but my 13 year old cat has had a horrible problem with constipation. We have made many visits to the vet for enimas and serious laxitives that although did the job it did the job too well and we went the other direction with diarrea. This product just keeps everything moving just right :) I just put it on her two front paws everyother day (for her to lick off)... more depending on how the litter box looks... and all is right with the world! This is far cheaper than a trip to the vet :) And the vet recommends and approves of this. Good Luck to all the senior cat owners - Me and Tasha...we've been through a lot together. I would do anything for her :)
Lax'Aire is the best that I have used August 22, 2008 My cats LOVE Lax'aire, and get excited when they just see me holding the tube. My vet stopped selling it, choosing to offer Laxatone instead. My cats have "adjusted" to the Laxatone, but don't take it as often and even have to be coaxed to eat it. I am thrilled to find Lax'aire available someplace other than my vet! This is definitely the best product for hairball remedy.
Great Product August 13, 2008 All of our kitties really like this stuff. Our former vet sold it and they became hooked. When we moved, our new vet did not have Lax'aire and I tried all sorts of other hairball remedies, but our kitties simply refused to cooperate. Now, I order it online and they are happy again. The Lax'aire seems to do a really good job in getting the hair out of their system and in keeping them healthy.
two paw up July 31, 2008 For the longest time, it was much easier to find LAXATONE vs LAXAIRE. But of curse my finicky cats preferred Laxaire and turned their noses up at the easier to find stuff. Once they get a taste they'll line up to lick straight from the tube.
Glad Amazon is finally selling Laxaire, which my seven cats prefer over several other hairball remedies they were offered. Hmmm I guess that's 14-paws up, eh?
