Fantastic solar umbrellaSeptember 14, 2008 I love this patio umbrella. We keep it open 99% of the time; only close it when there's a bad storm coming through with high winds. The lights are really nice, too. When lit they're a cool (as in the hue) blue color, yet at the same time really soft and non-glaring but bright. What's more is that it's easy to use. Very durable and sturdy, yet not so heavy and clunky that an average sized woman can't maneuver it.
The crank opens and closes the umbrella very easily although it could be better placed about 4" lower on the pole as when the umbrella is completely closed the crank is right at the bottom and you need to adjust your hand/fingers so they don't get pinched.
This umbrella is worth every star of the five I gave it!

i think its the coolest thing it lights up where we are at nite yet doesn't attract the bugs its the greatest birthday present i've ever bought
