I purchased this sundial for my wife's birthday and she loves it. I was impressed with the quality and price (compared to the same sundial at other locations). The finish was very well done and the casting flawless. I purchased a cast iron pedestal, also made by Rome Industries (unfortunately Amazon didn't carry the style I was looking for so I had to purchased that at another site). Mounting the dial to the pesdestal was quick and very solid. The sundial will have prominent place on our stone patio, acting as a counter point to a fountain.
