 The Birds Love to Laugh at the Cats January 8, 2009
I stuck one of these on a second floor window, and the cats went nuts. I thought I was going to have to keep the blinds down, because I didn't want the cats to scare the birds, but it turns out that birds are a lot smarter than indoor cats. The cats haven't figured out that they're never going to catch those birds, no matter how many times they leap at the window, and the birds aren't bothered by them in the least.
The feeder is a good size and easy to fill. The only negative is having to open the window and remove the screen all the time to fill it, but that is a minor inconvenience.

We have had this up for 2 days and the birds found it already. They love it, and we get such a great close-up look at them! Unfortunately, our cat has staked out a spot just under the window and leaps at the birds every few minutes, scaring them away. Hopefully they will figure out that she is behind glass and harmless. Our 5 year old and 1 year old are really enjoying watching the birds eat, and we've had all kinds of finches, sparrows, and cardinals. It's great and inexpensive, so I recommend it.

I have had a couple of these for several years, one got broken and have been looking for them in retail stores, to no avail... and the price was at least 2 to 3 times more. I love to watch the birds as they feed, we have Cardinals, Finches, Chickadees, Titmice to name a few... they seem to like this feeder.Our grandkids love to watch them too! So I bought a couple of extras for them... great item..

These clear, cute birdfeeders are awesome. I just ordered three more. They are shaped like a house, with a wide opening. These are great because the birds don't "sweep" the feed, so there's no waste. And because of the smaller size, they are inclined to patiently take turns at each feeder. Very simple design and easy to wash up and stick back up.

The birds just love this and it's wonderful to be able to observe them so closely. The suction cups stick like crazy! I would definitely recommend!!!
