Birds love this feeder! December 24, 2008 I had one of these for three years. Finally, in a brutal cold snap the suction cups failed, it fell off a second story window and broke. I ordered three more and put one up right away. It may have been the cold but this one fell and broke right away. I read the Amazon reviews and copied the reviewer who used industrial Velcro to attach the feeder - great idea! I now have two of these on my window and I have chickadees, goldfinches, nuthatches, cardinals and hairy and downy woodpeckers - all right in the middle of the city! The feeder detaches easily to fill and holds a lot of different seeds - at this price give it a try.

I really like this bird feeder. I found similar ones at Walmart and tried several, disappointed with all of them. They were cheap plastic that came with cheaper suction cups that never held up.
This bird feeder has been stuck to my window for over a year and hasn't budged. Birds continue to visit and eat, bringing a smile to my face whenever they appear.
An excellent way to appreciate birds without leaving your recliner. Great price-give it a shot.
great feeder - good design November 14, 2008 We've had this feeder for 3 years. The only thing I had to do was replace the suction cups (they eventually cracked from the weather) with heavy duty velcro. Find I need to knock on the window to shake down the sunflower seeds sometimes - the birds hear this and flock to the feeder. If I used a seed mixture, the birds tossed the regular seeds to the ground, to fish out the sunflower ones! The titmice stay on the perch - hammering open the seeds w/their beaks so I'd say the perch is quite sturdy. I have one chickadee who bangs on the window when it's empty or the seed is stuck - he/she lets me know - really!!
Beautiful view of birds October 30, 2008 We love using this feeder. My mother who in bed-ridden loves to watch the cardinals, chickadees, etc. We have had to buy new ones every year as once in a while they fall in a strong wind and sometimes break and the suction cups only last about a year.
Rickety and wobbly... fell off the window after 3 days! August 7, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This bird feeder was pretty cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for! It's very light weight and didn't stick to the window very well from the beginning... then fell off (and broke) after only a few days. Better to spend a little more and get a better quality feeder that will last!
