The Bike Pro Tie Down Strap works as advertised. It locked my wheel into the cradle of the wheel chock and kept my bike secure. I had a little problem losening the ratchet, but that might have been user error. Nevertheless, I recommend this item if using the Bike Pro Wheel Chock.
