Constructed of heavy duty 1-1/2" diameter .039"/1mm aluminum tubing with a 1-3/8" center support. Height is adjustable from 3 ft. 8 in. to 6 ft., and the stand will support speakers weighing up to 100 lbs. A 5/16" solid steel pin is included for added support and safety. Includes removable mounting plate for use with speaker cabinets that do not have a tripod socket/top hat. Includes a FREE durable nylon carrying bag! I bought these on sale for $25 each. They come with the speaker adapter which is nice. A good stand for the money. May not stand up to heavy road use but than what $25 dollar stand would. Oh and the quality of the bag is good if that matters to you
