 Good Buy January 6, 2009
Loved this product, even bought another one since, makes great gifts. Even loaded them with pictures for family members. Good buy, good quality, would recommend to others!
 Nice Basic Frame January 6, 2009
Bought two of these for Christmas gifts. Both work Ok. Some pics are cut off but all in all most 4x6 digital photos display nicely.
I found it best to use a SD Memory card and the easiest way to set up is as follows:
Connect power cord to frame. Connect USB from frame to pc. Clean all files from the frame that are preloaded. Disconnect frame from pc. Insert memory card in pc and drag and drop your photo file. Remove memory card from pc and insert in frame. Plug in frame and pic slide show starts. If you don't clear files from the frame's internal memory it won't read the card. The software that can be downloaded from their website did a lousy job. Doesn't optimize pics as I thought it would. Cuts off the majority of heads or puts black borders on pic. Three stars due to failure of software to optimize pics.
 Great picture frame for a great price!!! January 6, 2009
Bought this frame for myself and I loved it so much that I bought another one for my mom for Christmas. Very well made and has a great picture. It is very easy to use and comes with a lot of memory options. I would recommend buying a 4GB SD card because the the built in memory is not enough. I also like how you can put video clips on here as well.

The frame is attractive and the photos look good. The doocumentation could be better and I had some difficulty using the software on my computer.
 Beautiful Picture - Terrible Flash-drive Connection January 6, 2009
We purchased this digital frame and then received another as a gift. The picture is gorgeous - large, 15 inch screen is magnificent! But the connections for your camera card and flash drive are located on the BOTTOM of the unit - which means you cannot set it on a flat surface. If you were planning to hang this on your wall, then maybe it wouldn't be an issue for that purpose. But our intent was to set it on a certain table to showcase it - and we simply can't sit it ANYWHERE, as the flash drive sticks out of the bottom. The frame memory should hold around 2000 picture files, so apparently we need to upload all of our photos from the flash drive to the digital frame memory. Once that is accomplished, we should be able to set it on a flat surface.
Our friends have a digital frame by another company, and the insertion points are on the side for a camera card or flash drive. Sure wish this one worked that way!
