I ordered two posters and only received one. Got several excuses via e-mail (including that the US Post Office mangled the order - even though the note in the package I did receive acknowledged that only one was being sent!!) Got telephone and e-mail promises to fix the situation but now two months later - still don't have second poster...Will never buy from this vendor again!!!
