Only 50mg of Active Ingredient CurcuminJanuary 1, 2009 The Nature's Bounty web site shows the label for this product and indicates that each capsule has 450mg of Turmeric but only contains 50mg of the active ingredient, commonly known as curcumin. I found that other brands were more costly but contained like ten times the active ingredient and were a better value based on the amount of active ingredient.
