great stuff September 16, 2008 this stuff taste great and mixes well with water if you don't use milk. it is thin too and doesn't fill you up (which can be good or bad)
Good tasting. August 19, 2008 This is a very good tasting protein shake. Taste a lot better than Nitro-Tech.
Delicious Protein powder! August 9, 2008 I started P90X a few weeks ago and part of the program is a stringent diet. I started replacing my cereal and Instant breakfast every morning with a protein shake, and after reading all the online reviews, this one seemed to be the best. Well, the reviews didn't lie! This powder tastes delicious, and although I question some of the other content in it (carbs/sugars), it keeps me full for longer than I expected. And did I mention that it tastes great?
Tastes like chocolate cake batter July 23, 2008 During the past 7 months, I have been trying all kinds of different brands of whey protein. From the popular (at least here on Amazon) Optimum Nutrition, to some pure whey isolates (one is available on Amazon through a third party seller, search Dymatize), I have to say, the BSN Syntha 6 chocolate flavor is by far the best tasting of all of them. It tastes just like chocolate cake batter (so much so that I have to dilute it with a little more milk). Unfortunately, a look at the nutrition facts and you'll see why. A previous reviewer already pointed out the calories and fat content, among other things, but it's worth noting again. I am now trying out 100% pure whey isolates, and they routinely have half the calories and half the fat content as this product and around an extra 2-3 grams of protein per scoop. If you have a high metabolism or your deciding factor in choosing a whey is flavor, this product can not be beat. I'd complained about price too, but most designer whey proteins are now around this price, so it's an industry thing that BSN shouldn't be penalized for (only 15 days worth if you do 2 scoops a day). I did try the strawberry flavor as well, but it tasted just like every other brand. I'd stick with the chocolate. This thing tastes so good, I still keep one in the cupboard when I want to treat myself, you know, just drink my protein shake leisurely and not shotgun it in 3 gulps with a chaser.
Its great!! July 15, 2008 This is by far the best tasting protein I have ever tasted. It tastes like a real shake. Have to remember not to just drink it up. I am taking the line though. The Axis-HT, the NO-Xplode and this protein and I am breaking through the pesky plateau. So I cant say this what is working, it could be the combination of the three. But I can say BSN is working. And results is what I am spending my money on, not products.
