The wrong wallets were sent. Lots of conversations abroad,. Finally someone understood and sent a free mailer and instituted a replacement set of two wallets to be sent immediately. He saved the day. He deserves a reward for excellent customer service. The others who handled the problem were not in the same league. Merchandise which did arrive were two tan wallets instead of black and tan as ordered, but I accepted the one color to get this problem off of my back. You owe me something for the wait, the ill informed help who tried without ability to handle the problem and the long, long wait between order and ultimate receipt of correct merhandise.
