haha! I just read the last review about seeing this as the "kill shirt" on Dexter. That's exactly where I noticed it too! That show is amazing.
But seriously... The shirt is comfy, stylish, and half the price of AA's official site! I would recommend hang drying it until you've worn it a few times, just so it doesn't get TOO tight. It doesn't hide any upper body fat, so don't buy if you're bashful. It must be worn with confidence (as per Dexter!).
(sorry if this sounded like an advert for Dexter, but if you're not watching that show, you're seriously missing out)

For those who don't watch Showtime's very amazing show Dexter, it's about a serial killer named Dexter who kills people that meet his strict code (murderers, rapists, etc.) It's morbid and totally the best ever.
One detail that I love about the show is that every time Dexter murders someone, he wears the same shirt. I call it the kill shirt for obvious reasons, though other websites refer to it as the combat shirt, kill uniform, kill outfit, etc. While there isn't any official name for it, this American Apparel shirt is the closest match I've found.
I plan on wearing mine only when I'm angry. Eventually, people will notice this and talk about it when I'm not around. "You ever notice that he wears the same shirt when he's angry?" I realize that this plan may take years for people to catch on. And I'm okay with that.
If you plan on purchasing a kill shirt, don't be fooled by those loose-fitting knock-offs. The true kill shirt connoisseur will notice how the American Apparel fitted style accentuates the figure, making it a perfect Halloween costume, conversation piece, or, I suppose, a nice warm shirt during the winter season.
This style of shirt is called a Henley (as opposed to a polo, a t-shirt, etc.) It's a similar type of material to that of Long Johns thermal wear.

A little thin, so expect to wear another layer in cooler temps. But really like the fitted shape and the quality seems good.

I rarely, and I mean rarely post a review. I have been searching high and low for the Dexter shirt. The dark blue and black henley's recently arrived and I couldn't be more pleased. They are incredibly comfortable and I have been attracting a load of attention when wearing them. I have actually wore them out to the club and feel as if I am the center of attention. I am 5'9" 175 lbs with an "Abercrombieish" build. If you have a similar build purchase a medium.
